All products come with manufacturer warranty as specified on the product page. For defects covered under warranty, we will coordinate with the brand service center. Do not return a warranty product directly to us unless instructed.
Our Promise: If a brand's service center fails to resolve a genuine issue within 30 days, we try to fix the issue as early as possible.
